2熱電偶

7選型標(biao)準

選擇熱(re)電(dian)偶要根據使用溫度(du)范圍、所需精度(du)、使用氣(qi)氛、測(ce)定(ding)對象的性能、響應時(shi)間和經濟效(xiao)益等綜(zong)合(he)考慮。

1、測量精度和溫度測量范圍的選擇

使用(yong)(yong)溫度在(zai)(zai)1300~1800℃,要求(qiu)精度又比較高(gao)時(shi),一般選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)B型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou);要求(qiu)精度不高(gao),氣氛(fen)又允(yun)許可(ke)用(yong)(yong)鎢(wu)錸熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou),高(gao)于1800℃一般選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鎢(wu)錸熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou);使用(yong)(yong)溫度在(zai)(zai)1000~1300℃要求(qiu)精度又比較高(gao)可(ke)用(yong)(yong)S型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)和(he)N型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou);在(zai)(zai)1000℃以下一般用(yong)(yong)K型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)和(he)N型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou),低(di)于400℃一般用(yong)(yong)E型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou);250℃下以及負溫測量一般用(yong)(yong)T型(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou),在(zai)(zai)低(di)溫時(shi)T型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)穩(wen)定而且精度高(gao)。

2、使用氣氛的選擇

S型(xing)、B型(xing)、K型(xing)熱電(dian)偶(ou)適合于強的(de)(de)氧化和(he)(he)弱(ruo)的(de)(de)還原(yuan)氣氛(fen)中使(shi)用,J型(xing)和(he)(he)T型(xing)熱電(dian)偶(ou)適合于弱(ruo)氧化和(he)(he)還原(yuan)氣氛(fen),若使(shi)用氣密性比較好的(de)(de)保護管(guan),對(dui)氣氛(fen)的(de)(de)要求就(jiu)不太(tai)嚴格。

3、耐久性及熱響應性的選擇
